The Vehicle Controller is integral to:
- Supplier relationships including Panel Repairers, Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Dealers, Windscreen Suppliers, and Sundry Suppliers
- Management of Lease Replacement and Mini Lease Fleet of Vehicles
- Maintaining cost of Repairs and Maintenance
- Assisting clients with servicing, breakdowns, vehicle repairs
- Delivering a superior level of service

Based at Lane Cove working within the Repair and Maintenance Team, reporting to the National Maintenance Manager.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage FleetPlus customer maintenance and repair requirements
- Maintaining and managing customer, supplier and vehicle details within the system ensuring accuracy and currency
- Analysis of repair invoices
- Coordination of Mini Lease and Lease Replacement paperwork
- Responsible for managing breakdown and accident incidents - delivering FleetPlus After Hours Service (on a roster basis) as required
- Authorisation of services and review of invoices
Qualifications and Experience:
- Dealership experience
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage workflow and multi-task
- Qualified Motor Mechanic is desirable
- Heavy vehicle and truck experience. Hydraulics and diesel experience desirable.
- Sound understanding of the Motor Trade Practices
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite including excel
- Experience in the fleet/automotive leasing industry will be highly regarded.
